Class Description

Introduction to
Firearms Training

This one-day course is the very first step in becoming introduced to a firearm, whether it’s a handgun, a shotgun or a carbine. If you are a beginner, this is the class for you, because we’ll teach you all the safety procedures you need to know and provide a basic introduction to handling and using a firearm.

This includes proper stances, firing grip of the handgun, and mounting of the rifle or shotgun. We’ll also cover proper use of the sights, marksmanship, and techniques to ensure your aim is accurate. The course will review safety rules, mindset, basic drills, and positions to ensure you are confident.

Please note that each platform (handgun, carbine, shotgun) has its own, separate training course.
