Women’s Self-Defense Training
This six-hour ladies-only self-defense class will introduce information on the full realm of available defensive weapons in a safe group setting. This includes tazers, batons, knives, sprays, firearms, hand-to-hand combat and ground defense. The class also covers awareness methods that will empower women to take control of their own safety and avoid potentially dangerous situations.
A key part of this women’s self-defense class is a discussion about the current crime environment so that students are informed and prepared to deal with all potential risks. We believe that introducing immediate and active threat strategies designed to suit your environment. Our goal is to ensure all students are aware of the options available to them so they can create their own defense methods.
Portions of this class will be hands on and active, but not required to participate if physically unable.

- This is a 6-hour class that runs one Saturday per month
- Introduction to all defensive weapons
- Learn basic hand-to-hand combat and ground defense
- Understand awareness and risk avoidance
- Learn strategies to take control of your safety
- Develop confidence
- No previous experience is necessary
- Good attitude
- Minimum 20 years of age (can be discussed on a case-by-case basis)
- Comfortable clothing and exercise shoes
- Bring a brown-bag lunch and water
- Completed application for training
