NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION LAW ENFORCEMENT INSTRUCTOR

 

This is a three-day course that introduces you to the fundamentals of defense and marksmanship with a semi-auto carbine, caliber 5.56 (.223 Remington) effective from the handgun distance, out to approximately 100 yards.

 

This course will cover,

·         Marksmanship and safety issues

·         How to zero your weapon

·         Learn various firing positions, use of cover and barricades

·         Multiple threats and no shoot targets

·         Learn malfunction clearances

 

Requirements:

·         Level-1 handgun preferred but not mandatory

·         Urban rifle/carbine .223 or 7.62x39 cal. W/sling

·         1000 rounds rifle and 100 rounds pistol ammunition

·         Heavy duty handgun system

·         3 magazines minimum w/carrier system

·         Knee and elbow pads

·         Eye and Ear protection

·         Proper clothing (rain gear, ball cap etc.)

·         Brown bag lunch and water

·         Course cost $395.00 includes range fees, ammo not included.
